Client Review Excerpt
The process gave us a look our team is proud to represent…

Steve O'Toole shares Super Fast Electric's rebrand through client-submitted fleet photos, team feedback, and a reported annual revenue change.
Steve O'Toole described how the old brand affected the business:
“The old branding made Super Fast Electric blend in with other electrical companies and did not clearly communicate what made us different. That likely reduced the number of calls and leads we received, because homeowners could not immediately see our professionalism, speed, service focus, or the value behind choosing us. It also made it harder to build trust before the first conversation, especially when customers were comparing several companies online.”
Steve described the new brand in daily use:
“Once the new brand was in use, Super Fast Electric looked and felt like one cohesive, professional company at every customer touchpoint. Our wrapped fleet, uniforms, website, social media, printed materials, and hiring pieces all reinforced the same promise: fast, accurate solutions today. The team felt more confident arriving at homes and presenting options, while customers could immediately recognize us, understand what we stand for, and feel more trust before we even began the work.”
The client submission describes these reactions:
“One of the most surprising reactions was that people assumed Super Fast Electric was a brand-new company because the new look felt so polished and established. We also began receiving calls from people who had simply driven past our shop or seen our highly visible vans around town. Several people have commented that they thought we were a much larger company because the fleet is so easy to recognize and consistently branded. The rebrand made us more memorable, increased local visibility, and gave customers confidence that they were calling a professional, established electrical company.”
The photos below were supplied with the case study. They show the change from the former van graphics to the new mascot and blue-and-gold identity.
Steve reported a rough 11% increase and identified it as an annual revenue comparison. The submission does not include the underlying dollar values or calendar comparison years.
He said improvements became noticeable within the first month. That describes when he first noticed a change, not the period over which annual revenue changed.
The percentage is the client's estimate, not a calculation from supplied financial records. The submission does not establish that branding caused the increase.
Steve described what the early changes meant to the business:
“Within the first month, the difference was clear. Super Fast Electric began showing up as a recognizable, professional company instead of just another electrical contractor. Our team had more confidence arriving at jobs and presenting estimates, while customers came in with greater trust because they had already seen our vans, shop, website, or social media.”
He also shared this account of new opportunities:
“The new brand made Super Fast Electric far more visible in the community and helped turn everyday exposure into new opportunities. People began calling after seeing our vans on the road or driving past our shop. It also positioned us as a larger, more established company, helping us earn trust faster, attract stronger applicants, and compete more confidently for higher-value work.”
“Kongify helped Super Fast Electric look like the established, high-performing company we had already grown into. They created a brand that is easy to recognize, consistent everywhere, and strong enough to stand out in a crowded market. The process gave us a look our team is proud to represent and has already helped us create more visibility, trust, and opportunity in the community.”
