These terms describe permitted use of the Kongify, LLC website. You may use the site to learn about our services, evaluate our work and contact us.
Do not use the site for unlawful activity, impersonation, harmful software, unauthorized access or actions that disrupt the website or other users.
Paid branding projects are governed by the package or order details and the Terms of Service supplied and accepted at purchase or sign-up. These website-use terms do not replace those service terms or change an existing customer agreement. Confirm the scope, price and applicable service terms before purchasing.
Website content and displayed artwork may belong to Kongify, our clients or other rights holders. Each retains the rights it owns. Viewing or downloading work does not give you permission to use it as your own brand or suggest an affiliation with the business shown.
You may share links to our pages and save or print limited portions of Kongify-authored informational content for your business’s internal evaluation of our services. Keep ownership notices with the material. This permission does not authorize republishing, selling copies or taking portfolio artwork for another brand. Uses allowed by applicable law remain permitted.
Do not use the Kongify name or logos in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, approval or affiliation. Third-party names and marks remain with their owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website visitors and other third parties must not use Kongify-created logos, illustrations, mascots, concepts, vehicle graphics or other designs to train or fine-tune AI models for generating logos or design work.
You must not use that work as an AI prompt input, reference image or source material to create, recreate, adapt or imitate it, or generate new or similar designs based on it. This includes scraping or collecting the work for those purposes, adding it to training datasets, using screenshots or modified copies, or supplying it to others for those uses.
This restriction does not limit a paid client’s rights in its own brand assets after ownership and licensing transfer upon full payment, including permissions the client can lawfully grant for those assets. The exception does not extend to other portfolio work or materials not transferred to that client.
Our website provides information about branding and examples of work. It does not provide legal, tax or other regulated professional advice. Naming research does not replace legal trademark clearance.
Branding does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, profit or business growth. Client stories describe individual experiences and should be read with the qualifications shown in each story.
We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Contact us if information appears incorrect or you cannot access something you need. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.
We may update these website-use terms and will show the revision date above. A website update does not by itself amend the terms of an existing paid project.
