Kongify, LLC provides Home Service Branding for businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a meeting or work with us.

Information we handle

You may provide your name, business name, contact details, website, project instructions, artwork, files, feedback and other information when you communicate or work with us. Payment services also handle information connected with your transactions.

Website and third-party services may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information and interactions with the website.

We use information to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, deliver and manage projects, communicate about our work, handle payments, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We also use information for the marketing and measurement activities described below.

Services we use

We use Service Provider Pro, now called Wayfront, for customer records and project-file storage; Stripe for payments; Gmail for email marketing; Google Meet for meeting recordings; and Calendly for booking meetings. These providers handle information in connection with the services they provide.

Their own information practices are described in the Wayfront Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice. Our use of information remains covered by this policy where applicable.

Meeting recordings

We use Google Meet recordings for internal team training and accurate project-scope documentation. The same purposes apply to any transcripts or Gemini notes we create. Recordings and related notes may contain voices, images and information shared during a meeting.

Internal access to these recordings and notes is limited to the Kongify team. Google provides the tools used to process recordings and any enabled transcription or note-taking features.

Cookies analytics and advertising

Our website uses a Calendly booking integration. Kongify Gateway tracks visits, sessions and completed bookings. It uses cookies and similar tools to link activity to a visitor's session. Where enabled, Google Analytics also helps us understand visits and interactions. These services process activity and device information. Booking links may also pass campaign labels or advertising click identifiers to Calendly.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. You can adjust cookies through your browser and use available provider controls, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. These controls have different scopes and may affect functionality.

We advertise on Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest. Those platforms handle information about interactions with their services under their own privacy notices. Contact us with questions about a particular use of your information or to make an applicable privacy request.

Marketing choices

We send marketing emails through Gmail. We do not send marketing text messages.

To stop marketing emails, reply with “Unsubscribe” or email info@kongify.co. We will honor requests within the applicable legal timeframe. You may still receive messages needed to handle an inquiry, active project, payment or other existing business relationship.

Sharing and storage

We share relevant information with the providers used for the activities described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process. If a business sale or reorganization involves personal information, applicable privacy obligations continue to apply.

Kongify operates in the United States. Our providers may process information in other locations. This policy does not claim that all information stays in one country.

We do not currently apply a fixed retention schedule across all records. Requests about retention or deletion are reviewed with regard to the records involved, project needs and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about information we hold or request deletion.

Privacy requests and security concerns

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of or delete information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Contact info@kongify.co to make a request. Explain the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.

We may verify requests when appropriate and permitted by law. We will explain any applicable limitation and respond within the required timeframe. Where an appeal or authorized-agent right applies, contact the same email address to use that process. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers or full payment-card details through ordinary email or project messages. Contact us about any security concern. If applicable law requires notice of a personal-information breach, we will provide the required notices.

Children other websites and updates

Our website and services are intended for business owners and their representatives, not children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address the situation.

Other websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice or choices where required by law.
